Detailed description
Ligacast® range of ankle braces are designed to stabilise the ankle joint in the event of moderate to severe sprains.
They feature rigid plastic shells to help support the joint, removable foam pads with a layer of protection over the malleoli to improve comfort and provide protection, adjustable straps and a width-adjustable heel cup to ensure a precise fit for the patient.
The Ice version features removable cold packs for cryotherapy treatments to aid healing after injury.
Ligacast® range is bilateral, meaning it can be used on either the left or right ankle. Available in two sizes.

Moderate to severe ankle sprain.
Chronic ankle instability.
Ankle pain/oedema.
Cold therapy following ankle ligament injuries.Do not use the product if the diagnosis has not been confirmed.
Do not use in the event of known allergy to any of the components.
Do not apply the product in direct contact with broken skin.
History of venous or lymphatic disorders.
