Ligaflex® Immo is a modular wrist orthosis with a specific immobilization angle.
It is designed to immobilize the wrist by means of rigid, anatomical and conformable palmar and dorsal stays that limit joint movements and be easy to apply with numbered and visual markings on the straps.
Its breathable lining provides a comfortable fit for the patient.
In particular, the orthosis has three adjustable angulation options (extension, flexion, flexion with ulnar inclination) that facilitate the healing process.
2 sets of spare parts kits can be ordered separately:
- Stays to immobilize the wrist in flexion
- Stays to immobilize the wrist flexion with cubital inclination

- This wrist brace is designed to immobilize and support the wrist following various conditions, including wrist sprains, non-surgical wrist and scaphoid fractures, post-operative or post-traumatic wrist immobilization, wrist tendinopathies, lateral epicondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, conservative treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, and neuro-muscular impairments such as contracture, hand drop, or spasticity. It is not indicated for thumb-related pathologies.
- The brace features adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit by allowing for individualized tightening or loosening.
- It is designed for daytime use, and in certain cases, it may be worn at night. However, you should consult a healthcare professional to confirm whether nighttime use is appropriate for your specific condition.
- The brace is machine washable at 40°C on a delicate cycle. To maintain its shape and effectiveness, air drying is recommended.
- The duration of use depends on your specific condition and should follow the recommendations of your healthcare provider.
