My goal, from a very young age, has always been to create my own company. That's why I have always chosen jobs that provide opportunities for skill development and that help me to understand a company's needs and how it operates. After earning my degree, I started out as a medical device sales rep, before being promoted to product manager, then project and team management. Soon after I had joined Thuasne as sales training director in 2021, I was offered the position of marketing and training director. Currently, I am the sales director for Thuasne® USA. While the scope has changed, my mission is the same: building a better team to meet the Group's challenges and develop our presence on the American market across our various business sectors.
My main missions are to maximize sales performance with a dynamic and effective team, optimize the sales and profitability of our product portfolio, and support strategic initiatives to improve our long-term growth. All this depends on a tight-knit team working towards a common goal. I consider team spirit and communication to be key factors in the current and future success of Thuasne® USA.
Our team. We have brought together a group of leaders whose goal is to make Thuasne number one on the U.S. market; we are all focused on building the future. Our team meetings are a source of pride for all of us.
I am especially proud of the work that went into bringing Knit-Rite, Lantz Medical and Townsend into the fold of Thuasne® USA. It is very clear that the teams are eager to pool our strengths and build a common future.
I would like to see Thuasne® reach its full potential, standing out on the medical device global market with a unique and innovative product portfolio.
